Previously, in managerial positions at various organization within and outside the country, Oluwadare has excelled and was part of the team that orchestrated the IT transformation at UBA; a move directed by Tony Elumelu, the Managing Director at the time. Once his mission had been accomplished in the IT Transformation, he moved into the mainstream IT operations and led the software development, testing and business analysis group. He also operated in the same role at Access Bank; driving the Solution Delivery, Project Management Office (PMO) and the Software Architecture teams of the bank. In 2011, he left Access Bank to start up a mobile payment company called Funds & Electronics Transfer Solutions (FETS), one of the first companies to be granted a mobile payment license from the Central Bank of Nigeria. He left FETS in 2014 to lead and grow a software development and testing firm called Quality Certain. Oluwadare rose through the ranks of companies such as Equifax, BearingPoint (USA) and Hewlett Packard (USA). He began his career as a seasoned software developer and systems analyst at Lucent Technologies & has a track record spanning over 20 years' experience.
Oluwadare holds an MBA from the Southern Polytechnic State University GA, USA and a BSC in Computer Information System from the University of Bridgeport, CT, USA. He is a one-time Chairman of the Association of Licensed Mobile Payment Operators of Nigeria (ALMPO) and a notable member of various Associations such as EFInA Mobile Money Working Group (MMWG), E-payment Providers Association of Nigeria (E-PPAN), Central Bank of Nigeria Financial Inclusion Management Working Group and Central Bank Steering committee on Mobile Payment.

Prior to her role as Divisional Head of Sales, Marketing & Product Development at Xpress Payment Solutions Limited, Toyin was in charge of the business operations from the inception of the same business; a role which she diligently carried out. Her current role ensures she has an all-inclusive view of the company from the internal and external perspectives. She started out her career at Unified Payment Services Limited as a trainee. She grew in the ranks moving across various roles in the organization, like Operations, Information Technology, Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales, amongst others. This all-rounder approach to the business earned her a seat at the table of the decision makers. Toyin was instrumental in setting up the Incentive Program for Merchants while being a member of the Industry Committee and in conjunction with NIBBS.
Toyin manages the sales team, the marketing team, corporate communications & branding team and the product development team. With seamless processes set in place, she ensures the creation of innovative products from the IT team, delivering these products to the marketplace, communicating and advertising to the target audience and smooth transitioning of leads to the sales team. Temitope joined Xpress Payment Solutions Limited as Chief Financial Officer in September 2017. In this position, she is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at the company as well as ensuring the smooth operations of internal processes through her support in Human Resource Management and Administrative Services. Within finance, she guides the operations, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company's aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients' and investors' expectations.

Throughout her nearly 10-year career in accounting, auditing and financial planning, Temitope has established a reputation for building world-class teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and high-growth. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth, she brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as financial reporting systems, profit and loss reporting (P&L) and both financial strategy & long term budgetary oversight. She holds a Masters' degree in Accountancy and Finance from the same institution. In her recent role as Group Head, Sales at Xpress Payment Solutions Limited, Jaqueline leads the different sales teams across the public sector, private sector and PTSP sector. She started her career with ValuCard (now known as Unified Payment Services Limited) as a Merchant Acquisition officer, coordinating the acquisition and on-boarding of POS terminals and merchants. She later joined Intercontinental Bank PLC in 2007 as Head POS where she helped the bank connect the dots in applying its strength in POS deployment in over 300 branches across the ten regions covering the country. Jacklyn was instrumental in the NIBBS/CBN-established team offering expertise to inform sound corporate decision-making, strategic innovations and tactical tools required in the implementation of the Cash Lite policy in Nigeria.
In 2012, Jacklyn joined VeriFone as a Regional Sales/ E- payment business development Manager for West Africa. The plethora of experience she brought to the table earned her the esteemed role to drive the training and development of domestic application and developers by organizing SDK training for local content in conjunction with VeriFone Inc. He previously served as CISO & Head Operational Risk management at Unity Bank Plc, where he provided leadership and direction on risk governance, assessment and mitigation across the Bank's information assets and product reviews. He held similar positions at Keystone Bank, in the IT Risk and Security Department, serving as member Management Risk Committee, Member Board Risk Management Committee while coordinating the Technology Risk, E-Business Risk and Compliance programs. Francis Ibok is a seasoned and thoroughbred Financial Technology Professional and leader in the e-payment industry with over 20 years' experience working with Payment Switching Companies, Financial Institutions and Card Associations (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay etc.) locally and internationally. Francis' leadership philosophy is to lead by example and propels others to do the same. Easygoing by nature, he is direct, decisive and recognized for his ability to balance the workings of budgeting, coaching, vendor management, process management, information management and more with the day to day activities. He is respected and admired by his workforce, peers and e-Payment industry professionals.
Currently the Chief Information Officer in charge of IT and Operations at Xpress Payments Solutions Limited (a foremost Nigeria FinTech company) which he pioneered. He is responsible for driving the organization's information and financial technology Solution strategy. The company currently boasts of the most advanced EMV Payment and Switching infrastructure, Tier 3 Data Centre and a fully PCI-DSS certified environment all achieved within a 12-month duration.
A focused and result-oriented Information Technology expert, Francis has a long track record of working at the operational heart of the two biggest Third-party Processors and Switching organizations in Nigeria ‐ Unified Payment Services Limited and InterSwitch setting-up/operating third-Party EMV Switching & processing infrastructure; setting-up/operating EMV Card Personalization bureau; developing solution architecture across multiple channels; overseeing Clearing and Settlement Backoffice Operations; handling Business Process Improvement; managing numerous Issuing and Acquiring projects globally and implementing prepaid / revolving Credit Card solutions. While at Unified Payments, he worked in various capacities nurturing the heartbeat processing system that now boasts of over 2 billion transaction volume. He was a lead e-payment technical resource assigned to the National ID Card project launched by the Federal Government in 2014. At Interswitch Limited, he made profitable and stream-lined the Visa operations and revolving credit card processes across the organization. He also pioneered the birth of Nano credit solutions working with loan providers, FinTechs and financial Institutions that has led to the fast-spreading availability of credit via digital channels in Nigeria. He started his career with Inlaks Computers Limited as an assistant software engineer who developed applications and supported ERP ‐ MFG/PRO solutions across the manufacturing companies in Nigeria.
