Markie spent over 11 years in Skye Bank where she held various positions including Executive Director, Retail and Lagos commercial banking. Prior to this she was the ED, Technology and Service Delivery Channels. She left in 2017 to run her own consulting firm. In her recent role as Group Head of PTSP & Switch Business at Xpress Payment Solutions Limited, Jaqueline leads the different sales teams across the public sector, private sector and PTSP sector. She started her career with ValuCard (now known as Unified Payment Services Limited) as a Merchant Acquisition officer, coordinating the acquisition and on-boarding of POS terminals and merchants. She later joined Intercontinental Bank PLC in 2007 as Head POS where she helped the bank connect the dots in applying its strength in POS deployment in over 300 branches across the ten regions covering the country.
